Salary: $7,000 to $8,000 Work Days: 5 Days Work Location: Central Responsibilities: Manage lighting projects from tender preparation through execution and final handover. Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, project schedules and tender documents. Monitor project budgets, timelines, resources and subcontractor performance. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams. Oversee site installation, testing, commissioning, quality and safety compliance. Review technical drawings and resolve project, site and coordination issues. Manage variations, progress claims, costs and project documentation. Liaise with overseas teams to support technical coordination and project delivery. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Project Management or a related discipline At least 5 years of experience managing architectural lighting projects or related lighting systems Experience in Singapore commercial, architectural lighting projects is an advantage Able to manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors and stakeholder relationships independently Strong technical, contractual and on-site problem-solving skills Relevant WSH or construction management certifications are preferred Singaporean only need apply (All applications will be treated in strictest confidence.
