We refer to them as feeder drivers. They drive a tractor trailer from one UPS location to another—or to a customer on an established route—before returning to their original location. So, after driving our well-maintained trucks, casual tractor trailer drivers are back home at the end of their day. What does it take to keep packages moving across the country—and beyond?
