We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee 12 facilities across Western Spain from our Barcelona hub. This position blends technical expertise, leadership, and operational impact, with responsibility for maintaining and enhancing both sortation systems and building infrastructure. You will be a key driver in ensuring smooth, uninterrupted sorting operations, directly contributing to service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure high performance and minimal downtime of sorting and conveyor systems
- Lead maintenance strategies (conveyors, scanning systems, X-ray, and building infrastructure)
- Troubleshoot issues during operations and optimize system performance
- Manage suppliers, audits, and asset protection initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards
- Oversee building maintenance and support site operations
- Control budgets, spare parts inventory, and maintenance reporting
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building systems
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Willing to travel across Western Spain
