In qualità di Operatore Customer Service, gestirai le richieste dei clienti, monitorerai le spedizioni e fungerai da collegamento chiave tra clienti, operations e il team trasporti per garantire un'erogazione del servizio puntuale e accurata. Lavorando a stretto contatto con gli stakeholder interni, contribuirai alla risoluzione dei problemi, al mantenimento della qualità del servizio e all'aggiornamento costante dei clienti lungo tutto il ciclo dell'ordine.

Il tuo ruolo:

  • Gestire gli ordini e le richieste dei clienti utilizzando sistemi interni e portali aziendali
  • Comunicare direttamente con clienti B2B per fornire aggiornamenti e supporto operativo
  • Coordinarti con l'ufficio traffico e i team operativi per monitorare le spedizioni e verificarne la fattibilità
  • Gestire problemi ed eccezioni, garantendone la risoluzione lungo l'intero ciclo dell'ordine
  • Monitorare l'avanzamento delle spedizioni e assicurare aggiornamenti puntuali e accurati sulle consegne
  • Collaborare strettamente con il team Customer Service per mantenere gli standard di servizio

Orario di lavoro: dal lunedì al venerdì con orario full-time (39 ore settimanali)

Le tue competenze:

  • Esperienza pregressa nel Customer Service, preferibilmente nel settore trasporti o logistica
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello minimo B2)
  • Spiccate capacità di problem solving e abilità nella gestione di priorità multiple
  • Orientamento al cliente con capacità comunicative chiare e professionali
  • Capacità di lavorare efficacemente in un ambiente dinamico e orientato al lavoro di squadra
  • Buone capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli
