Provide administrative and compliance support across Fleet and Validation activities.
Maintain validation, calibration, fleet compliance and regulatory records.
Support the Validation Specialist with validation schedules and documentation.
Support the Fleet Team Leader with MOT, servicing and compliance administration.
Maintain document control for SOPs, validation and fleet records.
Coordinate CAPAs, audits and compliance actions.
Produce KPI reports and management information.
Maintain training records and audit evidence packs.
Liaise with suppliers regarding certifications and compliance records.
Support continuous improvement and implementation projects.
Knowledge of:
- GDP, quality systems and document control
- Fleet compliance requirements and operator licensing
- Validation and calibration processes
Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capability
