United Nomads Group (UNG) is seeking a strategic and highly creative Social Media & Content Manager to join our growing team. Operating two luxury resort brands and a multi-brand concept store, our footprint spans Mykonos, Ibiza, Bodrum, and The Hamptons. We work at pace, across multiple time zones, and are driven by a shared commitment to cultural relevance, brand integrity, and visual excellence.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong grip on both creative execution and performance-led social strategy. You'll manage and grow our social channels, working across all brands, while ensuring storytelling is distinctive, consistent, engaging, and aligned with our brand and channel objectives. You'll be the key contact between internal teams and external content partners, ensuring social plays an essential part in the communication of key brand and product stories, owning the end-to-end content lifecycle—from ideation to post-performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Social Strategy & Channel Management: Own and execute the social media strategy across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn for all UNG brands. Manage the weekly and seasonal content calendar, aligning with the broader marketing calendar, product drops, retail moments, and key cultural conversations. Optimise content based on performance metrics; stay agile by testing, analysing trends, platform changes, and audience behaviour.
- Content Creation & Creative Direction: Brief, commission, and oversee content production across platforms — including campaign assets, editorial content, product features, and event coverage. Collaborate with internal teams, stylists, influencers, photographers, and agencies to ensure content is on-brand. Brief copywriting for social; tailor messaging per platform.
- Community & Influencer Engagement: Manage and grow social communities; engage with audiences daily. Identify and support influencer and KOL partnerships, including gifting strategies in collaboration with PR. Monitor social listening and feed relevant insights into broader brand and marketing plans. Partner with digital marketing to align paid social with awareness and conversion goals. Stay connected with cross-functional teams to respond to product performance and current collections. Drive content needs for social; create briefs and provide clear direction on required assets.
- Performance & Reporting: Track KPIs, compile monthly reports, and deliver actionable insights. Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams to ensure social content aligns with business objectives.
- 3–5 years of experience in a social media or content-focused role within fashion, luxury, or design.
- Strong knowledge of platform best practices (IG, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
- Proven track record in developing and delivering impactful social campaigns.
- Confident briefing creatives and managing content production from start to finish.
- Exceptional eye for aesthetics, detail, tone, and brand alignment.
- Hands‐on, adaptable, and able to work across multiple time zones and teams.
- Highly organised, with excellent time and project management skills.
