United Nomads Group is a creative collective building lifestyle brands rooted in craftsmanship, culture, travel and global storytelling. Our portfolio includes ODEUM, CARAVANA, and DELOS—each designed for modern nomads who value beauty, substance, and purpose.

Delos is a compass to the modern adventurer, the ultimate seasonless wardrobe where tradition meets tomorrow. With the skilful manipulation of artisanal fabrics, Delos elevates everyday attire into wearable, tactile art, where each piece is a collected memory of the enlivenment of a moment, a place, or a journey. Each piece we create is more than just a garment; it's an instant collectible that encapsulates the true spirit of a life steeped in exploration and travel.

This role is a critical leadership position where you will be responsible for translating creative concepts into high quality, design-led products across Men's and Women's RTW. You will lead both production and design teams, drive product innovation, and own the development process from initial prototyping to final production, ensuring the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and design are delivered.

The ideal candidate will thrive on new direction and execute the Collection strategy and roadmap aligned with the overall brand, product, and financial goals. You will oversee development and successful commercialization from concept to production delivery, deliver against margin targets, manage department budgets while optimising costs, and provide collaborative leadership to align teams and foster an innovative work environment that encourages creativity, risk-taking, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the product life-cycle from design, to product development and sampling, to sourcing and production, across the womenswear and menswear categories.
  • Managing the critical path, ensuring the whole process is carefully engineered to deliver product on time and budget and all parties are aware of responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Brand building - Focus brand identity, direction and vision from a commercial and design perspective.
  • Seasonal planning, agreeing range plan, pricing structure and budgets with the Merchandising team.
  • Working closely with the designers to support the design process.
  • Sourcing new fabrics and raw materials as required, and constantly working with mills, tanneries and suppliers to develop and improve new fabrics and components.
  • Overseeing product development, all reviews and fittings, managing the work of the atelier and sampling in the factories.
  • Finalizing the sales sample collection for market, final editing and pricing along with the Merchandising and Sales team.
  • Managing the factories and mills in the UK, Europe, India, and sourcing new potential factories and suppliers to improve the supply chain, negotiating prices etc.
  • Overseeing the bulk production process, including MRP planning, fabric pre-ordering, PO allocation and management, grading, quality assurance and control, and deliveries.
  • Pricing - together with the Commercial and Merchandise team responsible for achieving the target product margins.
  • Engaging closely with the various Sales and Merchandise teams to receive feedback and optimize the range.
  • Managing, building and developing the Product team.
  • Plan and manage the Product budget alongside the Finance Director.
  • Collaborating closely with the Caravana Product Director to support each other and find efficiencies across the two brands' development and production processes, resources and systems.
