HEAD OF SALES - WOMENSWEAR
Job Summary
United Nomads is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Sales to lead the next phase of the brand's commercial growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will be responsible for developing and executing the global sales strategy for Womenswear across Delos and Caravana, driving sustainable revenue growth across wholesale, regional distribution, strategic partnerships and alternative commercial channels. The successful candidate will help define global growth strategy, identifying new routes to market whilst strengthening the brand's position within the luxury resortwear sector. Working closely with the CEO, Product Director and Marketing teams, the Head of Sales will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial future of the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy
Lead the development and execution of global sales strategy, establishing a clear roadmap for sustainable year-on-year growth. Responsibilities include: Analyse historical wholesale, retail and ecommerce performance to identify growth opportunities. Define target customer and ideal distribution strategy. Develop a comprehensive sales growth plan covering wholesale, regional expansion, retail partnerships and alternative sales channels. Identify new revenue opportunities beyond traditional fashion wholesale. Establish ambitious but achievable seasonal and annual sales targets. Work alongside the CEO to deliver long-term commercial growth and brand expansion.
2. Wholesale Sales
Take ownership of the global wholesale business for Womenswear. Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute seasonal wholesale sales strategies. Review historical market performance and implement improvements. Build a strategic target list of premium global stockists. Develop relationships with key buyers and introduce the new direction of the Caravana brand. Create and execute the Go-to-Market strategy for each selling season. Evaluate and appoint showroom partners where appropriate, or manage direct sales operations. Secure showroom locations and manage all market preparation. Partner closely with the Product Director to ensure commercially balanced collections. Provide ongoing merchandising and commercial feedback throughout collection development. Participate in collection edit, pricing and range review meetings. Recruit, manage and motivate high-performing seasonal sales teams. Drive appointment booking strategy and buyer engagement ahead of market. Lead wholesale sales during multiple Fashion Weeks and other relevant markets. Deliver seasonal revenue and customer acquisition targets. Secure targeted strategic accounts aligned with the brand positioning. Oversee all post-market sales administration, order confirmation and customer follow-up. Build long-term relationships with key wholesale partners to maximise repeat business.
3. Regional Growth & Alternative Markets
Develop strategies to expand beyond the traditional wholesale market fashion calendar. Responsibilities include: Identify high-potential international markets for expansion. Develop regional commercial strategies tailored to each territory. Source and appoint distributors, sales agents and strategic regional partners. Explore licensing opportunities across Asia and other emerging luxury markets. Develop existing commercial opportunities in emerging markets such and other priority territories. Identify new routes to market that align with the brand positioning.
4. Retail & Hospitality Partnerships
Expand retail presence through carefully selected experiential partnerships. Responsibilities include: Identify luxury hotel groups, resorts and hospitality partners for seasonal retail collaborations. Develop premium beach club and resort retail partnerships. Source and negotiate pop-up opportunities in key luxury destinations. Evaluate opportunities for permanent retail locations in strategic resort markets, including destinations such as Tulum, Miami Design District and other international luxury hubs. Work closely with Operations and Marketing to deliver successful retail activations.
5. Strategic Commercial Collaborations
Support the continued elevation of the brands through strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include: Identify complementary luxury brands for collaboration. Develop strategic licensing and capsule collection opportunities. Source commercial partnerships that increase global brand awareness. Build relationships with retailers, hospitality groups, travel brands and lifestyle partners that align with brand positioning. Identify innovative commercial initiatives that drive both revenue and brand equity.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be an experienced luxury fashion sales leader with a proven track record of growing international premium and luxury brands.
They will possess:
- 5+ years' experience in luxury fashion wholesale sales.
- Strong international network of premium and luxury retailers.
- Proven experience building wholesale businesses internationally.
- Deep understanding of the luxury resortwear and contemporary womenswear market.
- Experience leading sales during Fashion Week and international market appointments.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate brand vision into sustainable revenue growth.
- Experience managing showroom partners and international distributors.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify new commercial opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven commercial decisions.
- Highly organised with excellent project management capabilities. Willingness to travel internationally throughout the year.

Contract Details
Contract: Full Time
Start Date: Immediate
Location: London-based
Travel: International travel required throughout the year, including Paris Fashion Week, customer visits and strategic partner meetings.
Remuneration: Competitive & performance-based incentive structure (to be agreed).
