About United Nomads Group
United Nomads Group (UNG) operates across two luxury resortwear brands and a global multi-brand concept store, with flagship locations in Ibiza and Harvey Nichols. We thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment, led by a visionary founder and a team of passionate creatives. Each brand has its own aesthetic and philosophy, united by craftsmanship, cultural storytelling, and a considered approach to modern fashion.
This is an exciting moment to join the group. We are building our creative foundation in-house and are looking for a Graphic Designer to play a key role in shaping how our brands look, feel, and communicate across digital and physical touchpoints.
The Role
We are seeking a mid-level Graphic Designer with a strong digital-first mindset to work across all three brands. This is an early hire within the creative team, offering a rare opportunity to help define processes, systems, and visual standards as the group continues to grow. You will work closely with the Founder, Senior Art Director, and Marketing team, supporting brand storytelling through thoughtful, elevated design across web, social, email, and print.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver digital-first creative assets across website, social media, email marketing, and paid channels for all three brands
- Support and evolve brand identities, ensuring consistency while respecting each brand’s distinct visual language
- Create and manage content for social platforms, with a natural understanding of platform-specific formats and trends
- Work with generative AI tools to support and enhance content creation (concepting, image generation, creative experimentation)
- Develop and maintain asset management systems, ensuring clear organisation and accessibility across teams
- Design print assets including lookbooks, packaging, POS, and brand collateral
- Collaborate on campaign creative, launches, and seasonal storytelling
- Support basic moving image / motion assets where required (a bonus, not essential)
About You
- Mid-level Graphic Designer with strong digital design experience
- Demonstrable experience or genuine enthusiasm for generative AI in creative workflows
- Confident designing for web, social, and email, with a clear understanding of digital best practice
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
- Comfortable working across multiple brands with differing aesthetics
- Print experience is essential; motion design experience is a plus
- Naturally curious about fashion, culture, and the business of fashion
- Organised, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to help build something from the ground up
- London-based and happy working in-office
Why Join
- Be the first creative hire within a growing fashion group
- Work directly with founders and senior creative leadership
- Exposure to three unique fashion brands under one umbrella
- Opportunity to shape the creative infrastructure of a scaling business
- A role with real creative ownership and room to grow
