UN Women is recruiting a Regional Evaluation Consultant (8 months, full-time, from mid-April to mid-December 2026) to support the Independent Evaluation Service in the East and Southern Africa Region. The consultant will manage and conduct regional and country portfolio evaluations end-to-end (scoping to dissemination), provide methodological advice and quality assurance for decentralized evaluations, strengthen evaluation planning and systems, support follow-up and use of evaluation findings and recommendations, and deliver evaluation capacity development. The role is fully home-based / remote.
