The UNESCO Evaluation Office in Paris is seeking a Senior Evaluator to lead the Evaluation of UNESCO's Information for All Programme (IFAP). The assignment covers 2007–2026 and examines relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability, with a focus on governance, National Committees and resource use.
