• Licensing: A valid Ukrainian Category B driving license is mandatory. A C1 license must be obtained within six months of appointment.
• Skills: Proven knowledge of driving regulations, safe driving practices, and minor vehicle repair. A clean and safe driving record is essential.
• Languages: Fluency in Ukrainian and English is required, while knowledge of Russian is desirable.
