  • Top-end market rates, with performance-based upside
  • Earnings increase with higher daily output, consistent reliability, and strong team performance.
  • Performance is rewarded. Overachievement accelerates progression.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR OWNER-DRIVERS

United Movements primarily provides company vehicles and covers all fuel costs. However, individuals who already operate their own suitable vehicle are encouraged to apply. Where appropriate, separate discussions can be held regarding the potential utilisation of an applicant’s own vehicle, subject to operational requirements and approval. This will always be assessed on a case-by-case basis and does not form part of the standard role structure.

  • A minimum output of 200 parcels delivered per person, per day

Route Execution

  • Safely operate company-provided delivery vehicles when designated as driver

  • Maintain zero-error standards
  • Adapt quickly to route changes and operational challenges
  • Uphold professional conduct at all times
