ABOUT UNITED MOVEMENTS
United Movements is a new, fast-growing performance delivery division built to set a higher standard across multi-drop operations. We are assembling elite delivery teams from the ground up and are looking for motivated individuals to join us at an early stage. We operate with discipline, precision, and pace - and we pay at the top end of the market for people who can perform consistently at this level. This is not a typical courier role. It is a performance environment.
THE ROLE
- The Hybrid Driver / Runner is a core operational role within United Movements’ multi-drop performance teams. You will operate as part of a disciplined unit executing high-volume routes efficiently, accurately, and consistently.
- This role is suited to individuals who are hungry for progression - both financially and within the company - and who want to grow alongside a new division where early contributors can build long-term opportunity.
EARNINGS & PROGRESSION
- Minimum earnings: £600 per week
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £1,275 per week
- Top-end market rates, with performance-based upside
- Earnings increase with higher daily output, consistent reliability, and strong team performance.
- Performance is rewarded. Overachievement accelerates progression.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR OWNER-DRIVERS
United Movements primarily provides company vehicles and covers all fuel costs. However, individuals who already operate their own suitable vehicle are encouraged to apply. Where appropriate, separate discussions can be held regarding the potential utilisation of an applicant’s own vehicle, subject to operational requirements and approval. This will always be assessed on a case-by-case basis and does not form part of the standard role structure.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES - MULTI-DROP PERFORMANCE
Daily Performance Expectation
- A minimum output of 200 parcels delivered per person, per day
Route Execution
- Safely operate company-provided delivery vehicles when designated as driver
- Execute high-volume multi-drop routes with speed and precision
- Maintain strict parcel organisation to maximise efficiency
- Complete deliveries accurately and within defined performance targets
Team Performance
- Work in sync with the Performance Driver and Runner(s)
- Maintain a disciplined, consistent delivery rhythm
- Communicate clearly and reliably throughout the route
- Support team output to meet and exceed daily KPIs and SLAs
Operational Discipline
- Follow United Movements route structure and delivery methodology
- Maintain zero-error standards
- Adapt quickly to route changes and operational challenges
- Uphold professional conduct at all times

- No vehicle required - all delivery vehicles are provided by United Movements
