Your responsibilities:

Your mission will be to drive revenue by selling delegate passes to senior professionals attending our international conferences. You will:

  • Proactively reach out to prospective delegates and convert them into paying attendees.
  • Take responsibility for ambitious monthly revenue goals and work towards exceeding them.
  • Make 50+ calls per day, generating qualified sales opportunities and proposals.
  • Own prospects from first conversation through follow-up, proposal and close.
  • Build a strong understanding of our conferences, audiences and industries so you can sell with confidence.

What we expect from you:

Most importantly, you want to sell. You enjoy speaking with people, working towards ambitious targets and the feeling of turning an opportunity into a closed deal. We’re looking for someone who has:

  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, ideally involving outbound prospecting, new business or a high-volume sales environment.
  • You are highly motivated, competitive and want to perform at a high level.
  • You are energised by targets, revenue and the opportunity to directly influence your earnings.
  • You are comfortable with outbound activity and have the persistence to keep going when you hear "no".
  • You are confident speaking with new people and can build rapport quickly.
  • You take responsibility for your targets, pipeline and follow-ups.
  • You actively seek feedback and continuously look for ways to improve.

We welcome applications from recent graduates and early-career professionals, provided you have at least one year of B2B sales experience and can demonstrate the drive, communication skills and competitive mindset needed to succeed in a high-performance sales environment.

Start date: As soon as possible. Monday–Friday, we work from our WeWork office in Victoria, London. Due to the collaborative nature of our work, we do not offer remote work. You must have the right to work in the UK.
