You’ll be part of building and scaling companies, which, depending on your talent profile and interests, could entail responsibilities such as:
- Creating connections with key players from the industries we work in, such as CEOs and entrepreneurs, building and maintaining valuable relationships with them.
- Driving revenue growth by getting involved in the commercial strategy and execution.
- Expanding our audiences of senior industry professionals, investors, and future unicorn founders by defining and executing marketing strategies.

- Analysing the underlying metrics of the business to enable data-driven decisions.
What we expect from you
Our undergraduates join us from many backgrounds—there is no single “right” major or course of study. We believe in hiring talent and training for skills. We look for driven people with potential—we will teach you the rest. Furthermore, we expect that you:
- Are fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Have a UK working visa, or will obtain one by the start date.
