About us: United Media focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. As of today, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one (Insurtech Insights, Presidents Summit, Private Equity Insights, HRtechX, CFO Insights, Retail Insights, and SetSales).

What we offer you: As our Graduate Head Hunter, you will have the unique opportunity to be a key player in building the greatest brand within Insurtech. You will be responsible for our recruiting efforts, with the goal of pushing you out of your comfort zone to develop expertise. You’ll work out of our HQ in London, with the following benefits:

Your Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates with the CEO
  • Identifying and engaging potential candidates for outreach
  • Managing the first stage of the recruitment process, including CV screening
  • Owning the recruitment software, Greenhouse:
  • Renewing and updating job postings
  • Updating job descriptions to attract more candidates
  • Ensuring synchronization between FirstMind and Greenhouse
  • Reporting to senior recruitment staff and the CEO

What we expect from you:

  • Holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results
  • Having a UK work permit
  • Possessing a natural ability to make people feel comfortable
  • Taking ownership, being proactive, and following through on commitments
  • Having a desire to learn, develop, and push yourself
  • No prior experience is necessary; we will teach you everything about recruiting if needed

Additional Details: The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate. It requires working at a fast pace and collaborating in person to create market-leading events throughout the year. We look forward to having you as part of our team.
