Program Overview
Are you an aspiring leader who wants to fast-track your path to a CEO or CXO role?
At United Media Group, we are building the next generation of business leaders through our Management Associate program.
The program is designed for individuals who want responsibility early on and are comfortable being pushed outside their comfort zone.
From day one you will take full ownership of a core function within one of our portfolio companies, tackling the toughest problems, making decisions, building processes, and being accountable for results in a fast‑moving environment.
You will gain hands‑on experience in what it actually takes to run and scale a company.
The program runs for an average of two years, supporting your development to become “CEO ready” in the fastest and most effective way possible.
At the end of the program we will place you in a leadership role with the opportunity to step into a CEO position with significant equity within one of our portfolio companies.
Throughout the program you will work closely with experienced CEOs and senior leaders, receiving direct mentorship and continuous feedback.
You will learn how to hire top talent, build high‑performing teams, shape company culture, and make decisions under pressure.
