We're looking for a Trainee Locksmith Technician to join our growing team. You don't need previous locksmith experience—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a professional Locksmith Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable, practical, customer-focused and eager to learn a skilled trade. Once fully trained and qualified, you'll work independently and attend customer callouts within approximately a 25–30 mile radius of your designated service area. Previous locksmith experience is not required. Full training will be provided. * We're looking for candidates who demonstrate: * A strong work ethic and reliable attitude * A genuine willingness to learn and develop new skills * Good practical and problem-solving abilities * Excellent customer service skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills * The ability to work independently once trained * A professional and presentable approach * A minimum of one year of driving experience * A full UK driving licence appropriate for the role * Access to reliable personal transport * The ability to successfully complete a DBS/background check Additional language skills are advantageous but not essential.
