Job Description
As a Void Supervisor, you will oversee all Void Projects within a specific contract area, ensuring work progresses according to plans, schedules, and safety standards. You will manage a team of direct labour operatives and subcontractors, covering void maintenance projects of varying scope. Your tasks will include:
- Assisting and complying with Health and Safety standards
- Overseeing completion of works in line with KPI targets
- Supporting subcontractors, clients, and suppliers
- Coordinating works systematically with office teams
- Providing quotes to clients ensuring value for money
- Liaising with Housing Teams, Lettings/energy suppliers, and external parties
- Ensuring 100% compliance in EICR, EPC, LGSR/Gas, and Asbestos
- Attending weekly client meetings
- Conducting post-inspections
Requirements:
- Strong IT knowledge
- Asbestos awareness certificate
- In-date DBS check
- Experience in voids (preferred but not essential)
- Experience within the housing sector (preferred)
- Valid driving license
- SSSTS certification
