As a Planner, your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Preparing, reviewing and monitoring appointments, visits and completions to ensure adherence to the deadlines and timescales.
- Liaising with the client and wider team, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of latest updates.
- Making contact via email and telephone on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant administration experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other similar software programs.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Understanding of building regulations preferred but not essential.
