We are looking for experienced Decorators to join our team working on kitchen and bathroom renewal projects within the social housing sector across Nottingham and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for self-employed tradespeople looking for consistent, long-term work with strong earning potential. You’ll be part of a well-organised programme, delivering quality work in occupied properties while making a real difference to residents’ homes. What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out painting and decorating works within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
- Completing retouches and fillings following plastering works
- Applying first and second coats to achieve a high-quality finish
- Painting ceilings, walls, and wooden boxing covering pipes and wiring
- Protecting furniture and surrounding areas at all times, as properties are fully furnished
- Working efficiently to complete at least one kitchen and one bathroom per day
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site rules (fan heaters up to 240V are not permitted)
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment in occupied properties
Qualifications
- CSCS card
- Basic H&S certifications (especially asbestos awareness)

- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (van preferred)
