- Managing executive expenses and ensuring timely reconciliation of corporate credit card statements.
- Working closely with Executive Assistants across the wider business to ensure seamless coordination of senior leadership activity.
- Continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
About you
You'll already have experience supporting senior executives, ideally at Managing Director or Board level, and you'll be comfortable operating in a fast-moving commercial environment. You'll also bring:
- Significant experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
- Outstanding organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
