Tasks
As a customer care representative, you will be the first point of contact for the company in relation to the Lead Replacement programme. The duties will include offering administrative support to Planning. You will answer inbound and make outbound telephone calls. You will also coordinate other activities, including distributing correspondence and provide administrative support to the lead replacement teams working closely with the Planning Team.
Specific Responsibilities
- Manage the inbound and outbound customer contacts
- Arrange survey dates
- Manage correspondence by answering emails
- Liaise with Client for a coordinated customer engagement approach
- Update the client’s systems (CC&B) SharePoint
- Carryout Close the Loop calls
- Photocopy, scan and file appropriate documents as needed
- Respond to stage 1 complaints
- Any other duties deemed appropriate
