- Utility Infrastructure – Our team of Utility Infrastructure specialists design, build and maintain critical water, energy (gas), power and telecoms infrastructure for the UK’s largest network owners and operators.
- Social Infrastructure - Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.
As a Planner, your day-to-day tasks will include preparing, reviewing and monitoring appointments, visits and completions to ensure adherence to the deadlines and timescales, liaising with the client and wider team, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of the latest updates. You will be required to make contact via email and telephone on a daily basis.
You will be responsible for all Planning, administrative and customer liaison requirements for your assigned Project, ensuring Total Mobile is always up to date and all data inputted is accurate to enable accurate reporting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Logging all new jobs onto Total Mobile.
- Resident contact to arrange Validation Surveys and Post Inspection Surveys.
- Allocating relevant job codes to Site Managers for Validation and Post Inspection surveys.
- Responding to Client queries regarding access to properties.
- Generating letters to Residents at various points of the job workflow.
- Monitoring shared inbox if applicable to ensure targeted levels on emails requiring action are met.
- Providing Admin support to the Disrepairs Team.
- Raising purchase orders as instructed.
- Attending Client meetings as requested.
Qualifications
- Experience within a similar role.
- Strong experience of working within a fast moving environment delivering a high quality and robust delivery service.
- Experience of working within a customer facing environment.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Able to demonstrate an awareness and understanding of equality issues.
