    Purpose:

    To be responsible for the day-to-day Supervision of United Living Water Limited Yorkshire Water Contracts.

    The individual will have responsibility for site management, ensuring the clients requirements are met whilst working in line with the company health & safety, quality and customer satisfaction. Location of works will be across North Yorkshire and Humber region.

    Management of construction activities:

  • Safety. Ensuring site standards maintained, assisting risk assessment, accident investigation, site instructions and inspections.
  • Production. Working to programme.
  • Quality. Ensuring standards of workmanship maintained. Ensure completion of quality records, continuity of process-capability
  • Problem solving / trouble shooting
  • Control of Costs

  • Manpower
  • Materials
  • Plant and vehicles
  • Damages and thefts
  • Liaison with Health & Safety Manager

  • Working together to improve standards through joint site inspections and reviews of site monitoring results
  • Dealing with improvement notices
  • Liaison with Water Operatives
  • Working together to ensure safety, quality and environmental standard are achieved
  • Dealing with actions from technical audits
  • Development / maintenance of competency levels
  • Liaison with Project Manager

    · NRSWA (Supervisors)

    · Water safety passports

    · Supervisory Management training

    · Extensive experience of working on water Infrastructure projects

    · Full UK driving license

    Additional Information

    This role is key to our successful delivery of ULW and YW AMP8 Programme of work, you will be managing both Subcontractors and Direct reports, you will report directly to the Site Project manager.
