United Infrastructure are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Utilities Infrastructure business on an initial 6-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support within Workday, ensuring employee and candidate records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate onboarding process, including resolving system access issues, document submission queries, background checks, and start date amendments.
  • Monitor and track vacancy approval workflows, ensuring recruitment activities progress in line with business requirements.
  • Conduct candidate shortlisting and pre-screening interviews for entry-level and junior positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Create and publish engaging job advertisements across relevant job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
  • Develop and maintain talent pools of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
