Load and unload deliveries observing the Health and Safety and Manual Handling procedures.

Take/oversee the receipt of goods and materials into the store and check for defects.

Check delivery notes against goods received and the order placed and indicate discrepancies to supplier, site management and procurement department.

Always file delivery notes as required.

Oversee and help loading of site vehicles for sites running from the compound.

Hand/deliver materials to the Tradespersons working within the properties as requested.

Complete and maintain accurate records and paperwork where necessary, including records of materials issued to properties.

Maintain and care for all company tools.

Ensure that the site is kept clean and tidy at all times.

Transporting materials using pallet trucks handling equipment as required.

Disposing of waste materials safely, in line with HSE regulations.

Monitor supplies and notify relevant site manager of stockouts and material defects.

Maintain all documentation in accordance with PiLON Procedures.

Keep accurate stock control and run monthly inventories.

Work in accordance with any training and instructions given and bring to the attention of the company any shortcomings and defects in the management systems and protective measures.

To attend all relevant training courses, including all health and safety courses arranged by the company.

Undertake all work to a high standard with minimal risk to Health and Safety. Be responsible for your own safety and all others around you and wear appropriate clothing and PPE.

Work with others and provide a courteous and considerate service to members of the public.
