Overview
Repairs Supervisor role at United Living Group. You will oversee day-to-day activities for the contract area, ensure work progresses according to plans, schedules, and safety standards, and manage a team of 10+ PAYE operatives covering reactive maintenance repairs.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with Health and Safety standards and practice
- Overseeing complex works and projects via site visits and correspondence with client counterparts
- Supporting schedulers to coordinate any large projects
- Providing quotes to clients utilising Schedule of Rate
- Liaising with residents
- Overseeing complaint work
- Attending client meetings on a regular basis to provide updates on works
- Conducting post-inspections
- Working alongside planners to prioritise jobs
- Motivating the team to ensure work completion and maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety on the contract
Qualifications
- Strong IT knowledge
- Asbestos awareness certificate
- In date DBS check
- Must have experience of dealing with multi-trade operatives and sub-contractors
- Experience within the housing sector preferred
- Valid driving license
