Job Description

Oversee deliveries, monitor stock levels to ensure suitable amount of stock is available. Delivery fittings/equipment to site as required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage requisition of stock ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Manage perpetual inventory and investigate discrepancies.
  • Produce and present reports.
  • Liaise with Planning and Site Managers.
  • Ensure stock levels are adequate to suit demand.
  • Liaise with suppliers.
  • Data entry.
  • Place orders onto the systems.
  • Ensure yard & stores area is kept safe, tidy & secure.
  • Load/Unload vehicles.
  • Man-management.
  • Any other duties reasonably assigned.

Qualifications

  • Fork lift/telehandler licence desirable.
  • Full UK Driving license suitable for up to 3.5 tonne flat bed/half truck.
  • Microsoft Excel or similar experience.
  • Time management understanding.
