United Infrastructure Water, part of United Living Group, is seeking a experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial activities across water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
You will lead pre-contract to final account, administer NEC contracts and coordinate changes, claims, payments, and cost reporting.
You will collaborate with client teams and subcontractors, mentor junior staff, and ensure robust budgeting, forecasting and risk management across AMP7/AMP8 programs.
