Social Infrastructure - Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.

The Quality Administrator will be a local role as part of the Planning & Performance Team led by the Planning & Performance Manager based in Port Solent with visits to schemes in mobile site locations infrequently, as part of the monitoring and upskilling of the work activities we complete. The role will be required to validate and provide accurate data and completion information, administer reporting functions on joint quality, as laid drawings, pipe pressure testing & chlorination, construction pictures at key stages of the project builds, reconciliation and reporting of project data, building of the handover packs and health and safety file and other administration, streetworks and planning duties to support within the team. This will allow for us to hand over the schemes within the post-completion phase to our clients.

Administration:

  • Sub-contractor administration & correspondence
  • Effective data capture and reporting
  • Collation, verification, administration and weekly checks
  • Liaison with sub-contractors
  • Ensure work compliance against process and procedures
  • Liaising with Delivery Team and internal and external Supply Chain
  • Assisting in preparing for audits
  • Effective time management to keep pace with programmes of work
  • Ensure your behavioural safety and subcontractor procurement aligns with UI H&S principles

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in a similar quality assurance role is beneficial
  • Ideally you will have software & Excel experience to proficient level
  • Experience in an industry role desired with knowledge of Sub-contracts
  • Knowledge and Experience of work and installation techniques
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • The successful candidate will need to be familiar, proficient and comfortable with standard Microsoft Office software such as Microsoft Excel
  • Good administrative and organisational skills
  • Computer literacy is essential
  • Able to work individually or as part of a team
