Your Role: Planning Assistant
To operate effectively in a delivery focused and often fast-paced environment, working within the planning department to ensure that information is compiled ready for the work to be carried out.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with customers to ensure a positive customer experience
- Manage workload to comply with Clients Service Level Agreements
- Manage NRSWA requirements on individual schemes in order to minimise financial risk and non-compliance
- Coordination with local authorities
- Effective liaison with all stakeholders
- All other duties assigned
Qualifications
Essential Skills:
- NRSWA (Awareness)
- The ability to self-motivate and work within a team
- Good spoken and written communication skills at all levels
- Attention to detail
- Confidence in using computer packages and familiarity with planning tools
- The ability to work under pressure to deadlines
- I.T literate particularly Microsoft Office and Excel
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Team player, but also comfortable working alone
- Understands the need for respect, sensitivity and discretion in a public facing role
- Some flexibility of working hours may be required
- Self-Motivated, enthusiastic and calm under pressure
