Join to apply for the Senior Engineer role at United Living Group. This role will be based at our Mold Office (Flintshire) to cover office opening hours between 7am and 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee civil and structural works, including reinforced concrete, foundations, and associated infrastructure.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
- Act as the single point of contact for all temporary works on site.
- Implement and maintain the Temporary Works Procedure, including design briefs, registers, and permits to load/strike.
- Coordinate with designers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
- Inspect and sign off temporary works installations, modifications, and dismantling.
- Mentor junior engineers and supervise site teams.
- Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and company HSE standards.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve technical queries and sequencing constraints.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Current Temporary Works Co‑ordinator (TWC) training.
- Proven experience in temporary works co‑ordination on civil infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of BS 5975 and temporary works best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
