About Us

United Infrastructure delivers essential infrastructure services across utilities and social infrastructure, supporting some of the UK's largest network operators and housing providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and implement a strong SHEQ culture aligned with a "Zero Harm" approach
  • Ensure full compliance with SHEQ policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Carry out regular site audits, inspections, and safety tours
  • Complete SHEQ reporting (daily, weekly, monthly), including incidents and KPIs
  • Support ISO audits and maintain SHEQ systems and documentation
  • Deliver toolbox talks, safety alerts, and briefings to site teams
  • Monitor and analyse SHEQ data to identify trends and improvements
  • Maintain systems such as ECO-online and document control platforms
  • Encourage reporting of hazards, near misses, and incidents
  • Support and guide site teams and SHEQ coordinators
  • Attend SHEQ meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (minimum)
  • Experience within social housing, maintenance, or minor works projects
  • Strong knowledge of SHEQ legislation and best practices
  • Experience with audits, reporting, and compliance systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office essential; SHEQ systems desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence
