As a Rewards Advisor, you will support the delivery of reward and benefits activities, providing expert guidance to HR colleagues and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring our reward processes run effectively, are market-aligned, and support a fair and consistent employee experience. This role focuses on operational excellence combined with informed advice, using data, insight, and market knowledge to support decision-making across pay, benefits, and pensions. You will contribute to maintaining a competitive and compliant reward offering that supports organisational goals.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to provide practical, commercially aware advice on pay, incentives, and benefits, supporting consistent and fair reward decisions.
- Support delivery of core reward processes, including annual salary reviews and bonus cycles, ensuring accurate data management, benchmarking, and adherence to governance frameworks.
- Assist in maintaining pay structures, job evaluation processes, and grading frameworks.
- Support the administration and continuous improvement of incentive schemes, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- Play an active role in benefits management, including supporting annual renewals, liaising with providers, and helping manage costs while maintaining quality of service.
- Work across a range of benefits and providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Contribute to reviewing and enhancing the benefits offering, providing insight to improve the employee value proposition and managing legacy arrangements where required.
- Use data and reporting to identify trends and support analysis across reward activities, ensuring fair and equitable outcomes and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare insights and reports to support HR and leadership decision-making.
Qualifications
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or an HR Advisor role with exposure to reward. Confident working with data and able to present clear, practical insights.
- Experience supporting benefits administration and renewals, ideally across multiple providers, with hands-on knowledge of insured benefits (e.g. private medical, dental, life assurance).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, and confidence advising stakeholders while escalating more complex issues when needed.
- Good understanding of reward principles, including salary benchmarking and job evaluation. Familiarity with HR systems and reward tools is beneficial.
