In this role, you'll help produce high-quality bids that reflect our brand and values, respond to PQQs and ITTs, and create supporting materials like case studies. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to gather technical and project information and ensure all submissions meet client expectations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys writing with clarity and persuasion, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key responsibilities
  • Create persuasive, well-structured written responses to PQQs, ITTs, and case studies
  • Manage and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards
  • Enhance and maintain the bid library with updated, relevant content
  • Uphold the company's tone of voice, branding, and messaging across all bid documents
  • Stay informed on market trends and client needs to bring innovation to submissions
  • Work closely with internal teams to gather technical and project-specific input
  • Support business development initiatives and align submissions with strategic goals
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in bid writing within the construction and social housing sector
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Exceptional written English, with a keen eye for grammar, clarity, and structure
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across all levels of the business
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Word and general IT competence
