Our Responsive Repairs division delivers critical repairs and maintenance works to residential properties in partnership with a number of housing associations across the UK. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team of Multi-Trades Operatives to deliver a high-quality responsive repairs service to housing association residents in their homes.
You will have a good track record and relevant qualifications, ideally in a similar environment (contractor or client-side). You will be expected to operate within the East London and Hertfordshire area.
Qualifications:- Relevant experience with a proven track record in the construction or building maintenance industry.
- Diverse skill set, proficiently to perform various construction and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, plastering, painting, and more.
- Responsible for carrying out repairs, maintenance, renovation work.
- Assess problems and find practical solutions across different trades, making them valuable assets for troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
- Able to work directly with clients, requiring good communication and customer service skills to understand their needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
- UK driving license.
- You will have your own tools.
