We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Apprentice Site Manager to join our team and support the delivery of refurbishment projects across multiple sites in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about construction and eager to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification. You'll learn from experienced construction professionals and develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to progress into a Site Manager role in the future.

Main Objectives of the Apprentice Site Manager Role
  • Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of refurbishment projects.
  • Learn how to coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site operatives.
  • Assist with monitoring health and safety compliance on site.
  • Support site inspections and quality checks to ensure works are completed to the required standards.
  • Help maintain site records, reports, and project documentation.
  • Learn how to programme and organise site activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Develop positive relationships with residents, clients, and colleagues.
  • Assist in ensuring sites remain clean, safe, and well-organised.
  • Attend apprenticeship training and complete all required coursework and assessments.
