We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Apprentice Site Manager to join our team and support the delivery of refurbishment projects across multiple sites in London. Main Objectives of the Apprentice Site Manager Role- Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of refurbishment projects.
- Learn how to coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site operatives.
- Assist with monitoring health and safety compliance on site.
- Support site inspections and quality checks to ensure works are completed to the required standards.
- Help maintain site records, reports, and project documentation.
- Learn how to programme and organise site activities to meet project deadlines.
- Develop positive relationships with residents, clients, and colleagues.
- Assist in ensuring sites remain clean, safe, and well-organised.
- Attend apprenticeship training and complete all required coursework and assessments.
