We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Lofthouse, United Kingdom. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects within our organisation, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate and allocate resources effectively across various project stages
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in infrastructure or utilities projects
- HNC/HND or degree in a construction/engineering discipline, or equivalent experience
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office, project management software, and reporting tools
- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, resources, and risks
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Ability to interpret technical information, including construction drawings and specifications
- CSCS card (Managers/Professionals level) is preferred
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification is desirable
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisive decisions under pressure
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
