About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive SHDF (Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund) Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of energy efficiency and retrofit programmes across our housing portfolio. This role is central to ensuring projects run smoothly, remain compliant, and meet key funding and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across SHDF-funded retrofit projects
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and compliance trackers
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Support procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and liaising with contractors
- Track project progress, milestones, and deadlines
- Assist with data collection and reporting for funders and internal stakeholders
- Liaise with internal teams, residents, contractors, and external partners to arrange and co-ordinate appointments
- Ensure all documentation aligns with SHDF guidelines and audit requirements
About You
- Proven experience in an administrative or project support role
