We have an exciting Senior Bid Manager opportunity within our Infrastructure division, working with some of the country's largest network operators and private sector clients. In this role, you will be pivotal in winning project tenders that fuel businesses, keep homes warm, and support sustainable energy generation. We design, install, repair, and commission solutions that address the challenges of an increasing population and changing climate.
As a Senior Bid Manager, you will lead complex submissions that directly impact the quality of clean water for homes and businesses, reduce flooding during heavy rainfall, and protect our natural environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and facilitating bid strategy sessions, kick-off meetings, workshops, and senior review panels
- Interpreting client requirements and translating them into winning strategies and compliant responses
- Coaching and mentoring junior bid managers and writers within the team
- Overseeing the production of compelling, well-structured responses that differentiate our offering
- Working closely with directors, subject matter experts, and delivery teams to define win themes and value propositions
- Managing multiple complex bids simultaneously, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality
- Engaging with live projects to gather insight and evidence for persuasive case studies and success stories

Qualifications:
