We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Performance Manager to support the Operations Director within a fast-growing infrastructure business. This is a broad, hands-on role focused on strengthening operational performance, supporting business growth, and establishing robust project governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Support client relationship management and engagement activities
- Track business opportunities and maintain pipeline visibility
- Assist with proposals, bids, and tender submissions
- Develop and maintain project dashboards and performance tracking tools
- Monitor project progress, risks, and resource allocation
- Support governance processes across the project portfolio
- Assist in developing and managing supplier relationships
- Monitor supply chain performance and identify capability gaps
- Provide day-to-day support to the Operations Director
- Identify and resolve operational issues proactively
- Contribute to internal reporting and business performance tracking
Skills & Experience
- Experience in operations, PMO, or business management roles
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
