Join the thriving and dynamic United Living Property Services business! We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for a 6 month fix term contract.

  • To be responsible for the Supervision and overseeing thedirection of all jobs, from commencement to completion; ensuring that the Clients specification and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with Commercial Support to ensure all costs captured and ensure all works are carried out safely.
  • Attend Validation Inspections to scope up works based onClients Specification
  • Ensure daily review of Total Mobile Dashboard to managejob workflow; respond to Client questions and queries within a timely manner; and ensure all notes pertaining to each job have been recorded on TM accurately.
  • Liaising with Admin and Commercial staff; the Client whenrequired, and sometimes the Resident or members of the public
  • Report to the Project Manager when required regarding WIP and completions.
  • Coordinate and supervise supply chain to ensure timely start and completion dates and ensure these are updatedonto Total Mobile.
  • Making safety inspections and ensuring construction andsite safety.
  • Create a Health and Safety File for each job ensuring all documentation is reviewed and amended PRIOR to eachjob commencement.
  • Attend Post Inspection for every job to ensure snags arecompleted and quality is at the standard expected.
  • Checking job specifications, designs and drawings toensure compliance on site.
  • Anticipating problems and finding way to prevent problemsfrom happening and to solve any that crop up.
  • Assessing and minimising risk by ensuring all United Living H&S policies and procedures and implemented andadhered to
  • Maintaining Quality Control of supply chain
  • Attend occasional Client meetings, at Project Managersrequest.

Experience within a similar role

Knowledge and experience of Disrepairs Workstream

  • Strong experience of working within a fast moving environment delivering a high quality and robust delivery service
  • Experience of working with supply chain delivery model
  • Experience of site health and safety good practice
  • Experience of working within a customer facingenvironment
  • Knowledge and understanding of working within financial
  • regulations; data protection; freedom of information and waste management
  • Proficient in the use of Total Mobile and Microsoft officeapplications (outlook; excel and word)
  • Able to demonstrate an awareness and understanding ofequality issues
  • Able to read and understand instructions, technical reportsand designs, and follow company procedures
  • Ability to work without direct supervision dealing withemergencies and difficult situations in a calm and effective manner; be well organised and prioritise own workload
  • Able to develop and present written information in a clearand concise manner
