This is a great opportunity to join a fast‑paced team of Multi‑Trades Operatives to deliver a high‑quality responsive repairs service to housing association residents in their homes.
You will have a good track record and relevant qualifications, ideally in a similar environment (contractor or client‑side).
Qualifications- Relevant experience with a proven track record in the construction or building maintenance industry
- Diverse skill set, proficiently to perform various construction and maintenance tasks, but mainly focusing on removal of mould via a mould wash
- Responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance
- Assess problems and find practical solutions across different trades, making them valuable assets for troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
- Able to work directly with clients, requiring good communication and customer service skills to understand their needs and provide satisfactory solutions
- UK driving licence
