Due to sustained growth and increased workload—particularly within our AMP8 framework agreements, we are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Liaison Manager with civils or utilities background.
As a Customer Liaison Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Preparing, reviewing and monitoring appointments, visits and completions to ensure adherence to the deadlines and timescales
- Liaising with the client and wider team, ensuring all relevant parties are informed of latest updates
- Making contact via email and telephone on a daily basis
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant administration experience
- Experience in a Planning role would be beneficial but not essential
- Experience in a customer/3rd party liaison field
- Understanding of and experience in Stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other similar software programs
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Previous Highways authority experience would be advantageous but not essential
