Here at United Living Property Services our refurbishment team is growing and we are on the lookout for a Contracts Manager to come and join us. We are looking for candidates that have experience of working within a main contractor on residential refurbishment projects. Our ideal candidate will already be a Contracts Manager, managing multiple sites up to the value of £10-£15 million.
Our commercial and operational teams are integrated to ensure that we offer best value and service to our clients. Procurement will be a major part of the role, including negotiating packages of work with our subcontractors and supply chain partners.
About you
- 5 Years' experience working for a refurbishment main contractor
- Minimum 2 years working as a Contracts Manager
- Leadership experience
- Good data interrogation skills
- Valid driving licence
- Competent use in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel Trackers
- Excellent client engagement skills
- Excellent Health and Safety Awareness
- Commercially aware
- Excellent people skills and the ability to drive performance from your team of staff
