As an Electrical Manager, you will oversee Mobile Wireless projects for all main UK based MNOs on behalf of ULC. Day-to-day duties include design reviews, materials check and orders and on-the-day assistance to electrical field-based teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the successful electrical side of a site build
- Monitor the technical queries and issues raised by engineers and office support team
- Deal with any escalations that have been brought to your attention
- Evaluate engineer performance on the sites which are specific to your project team
- Provide assistance and experience within the project team
- Work with the project team closely to ensure on-time completion of sites according to client SLA’s
- Maintain real time progress and daily/weekly client reporting for all works on both internal and external databases
- Ensure accurate reports are provided to relevant stakeholders for the job
- Oversee the issue of method statements, risk assessments, Health & Safety Packs and Quality Plans
- Sign off prepared handover packs (HOPs) and ensure they are uploaded within agreed SLA's
- Manage electrical teams including personal absences and time keeping
- Ensure procedures and requirements as detailed within the Company Procedures and Quality Manual are implemented at all times
- Work closely with the Commercial team to ensure they are aware of any impact to site final accounts
- Liaise with staff and operatives effectively and with respect
- Any other duties as assigned
