Overview
Senior Administration Assistant – Band 3, United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust, based at Lincoln Hospital. The Outpatient Appointment Services is looking to recruit Outpatient Senior Administration Assistants within our department into substantive full-time roles. The role involves reception duties, dealing with patients face to face and by telephone, booking both new and follow up appointments ensuring national and local targets are always adhered to, liaising with GP’s and other health care professionals both internally and externally.

Hours
Hours available are Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00 PM; these can be discussed at interview.
