We’re looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth for our brands across the UK – managing key accounts, opening new doors, and building our presence across volume retailers, independents, marketplaces, and off-price partners. From Scotch & Soda Apparel & Accessories to United Legwear brands such as apparel, swimwear, socks, underwear, and beyond, this is your chance to make an impact across a dynamic, multi-brand portfolio.

What you’ll do
Own & grow our UK sales

Manage and expand a portfolio of existing key accounts, ensuring consistent, year-over-year growth

Prospect and secure new business with volume retailers, independents, marketplaces, and off-price partners

Build trusted, long-term client relationships through excellent service and regular communication

Develop tailored sales strategies that reflect each customer\’s needs and market dynamics
Drive business development

Identify and capitalize on new opportunities across brands, product categories, and customer segments

Lead negotiations that deliver strong commercial results and build brand presence

Introduce new product lines and collections to existing and prospective clients
Run smooth operations & processes

Oversee the full sales cycle -from order placement to on-time delivery -in collaboration with customer service and logistics

Implement accurate forecasting to support inventory management and avoid stock issues

Analyze stock positions and sales data to optimize sell-through and identify growth opportunities

Provide market feedback to design and merchandising teams to keep product ranges aligned with demand
Strategic planning & reporting

Develop and present sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports to senior leadership

Sample & inventory management
